Galvanized steel coils are cold-rolled steel sheets coated with zinc layers through continuous hot-dip or electro-galvanizing processes, providing superior corrosion resistance. Widely used in construction, automotive, and appliance industries.

  • Hot-Dip Galvanized (HDG):
    • Zinc coating thickness: 60-275 g/m² (Z60-Z275)
    • Spangle types: Regular spangle, minimized spangle, spangle-free
  • Electro-Galvanized (EG):
    • Thinner zinc coating: 10-50 g/m²
    • Smoother surface for painting
  • Galvannealed (GA):
    • Zinc-iron alloy coating
    • Improved paint adhesion and weldability
