Before money moves, we visit. Business licence, production capacity, equipment list, QC process, social compliance and export experience — scored in a written report with photos.

Quality inspection & QC programs
Pre-production, during-production and pre-shipment checks to AQL 2.5, plus 100% function tests when the product demands it. Defects are fixed while the goods are still in China.

From a sketch, a reference sample or a competitor link: we brief the factory, iterate prototypes, test materials and lock the spec sheet before mass production starts.

Share the brief
Product, target price, quantity, market and any compliance requirements. Twenty minutes on a call is usually enough to start.

Factory match & quotes
We shortlist three to five factories that already produce your category and return comparable quotes within 3–5 working days.

Sample & approve
Samples are made, measured and photographed. You approve the golden sample and we freeze the spec sheet both sides sign.

Production & QC
We follow the schedule, inspect at pre-production and pre-shipment, and send weekly photo and video updates.

Consolidate & ship
Goods move to our warehouse for final check, repacking and consolidation, then ship DDP, FOB or FBA-ready.

How much does WELSEEK charge?
Sourcing, quotes, factory matching and sample coordination are free. When you place a production order we charge a fixed 5% service fee on the order value, declared in writing before you commit. Inspection to AQL 2.5 and warehouse consolidation are included; third-party lab tests and 100% sorting are quoted separately at cost.
What is the minimum order?
It depends on the factory and the product. Most of the categories we work in start at 300–1,000 pieces per SKU. If your first order is smaller, we can usually find a factory that will run a trial batch, or combine your order with another buyer.
Do you work with my existing supplier?
Yes. Many clients keep their factory and use us only for inspection, consolidation or logistics. You can start with a single pre-shipment inspection and add services later.
How do I pay?
You pay the factory directly by bank transfer or through our escrow-style managed payment, typically 30% deposit and 70% before shipment. We never ask for payment to a personal account, and every invoice is issued by a registered Chinese company.
What if the goods are defective?
Defects found at our pre-shipment inspection are reworked or replaced before the balance is released. For defects discovered after delivery, we file the claim with the factory and manage the replacement or credit on your behalf.
