Is the 5% charged on freight too?
No. It is charged on the factory invoice value of the goods, not on freight, duty or taxes, which are passed through at cost.
What if my order is very small?
Below roughly USD 5,000 the 5% does not cover the work, so we quote a flat project fee instead. We will say so before starting, not after.
Do you require a deposit?
No deposit for sourcing. For managed orders the service fee is invoiced with the balance payment, after inspection has passed.
Can I pay the factory directly?
Yes, and most clients do. We verify the invoice, confirm the bank account by phone, and stay in the payment thread so nothing is paid to the wrong account.
