Can I use only one service, for example inspection?
Yes. Roughly a third of our clients use us purely for pre-shipment inspection or consolidation on orders they placed themselves. There is no requirement to use the full chain.
Do you charge a commission to the factory?
No. We are paid by the buyer only. Factories do not pay us a commission, which is why we can recommend the factory that fits your order rather than the one that pays the highest referral.
How fast can you start?
Sourcing briefs are acknowledged the same or next business day. Factory shortlists typically take 3–5 working days; inspections can usually be scheduled within 48 hours.
