We manage the artwork pre-flight, the decoration method, the packaging structure and the compliance labelling, then inspect the finished packaging as part of the pre-shipment check.

COMMON FAILURES
Four packaging mistakes that cost the most
All four are avoidable with a pre-flight check that costs less than the reprint.
Barcode will not scan
Wrong quiet zone or contrast. Tested with a real scanner, not visually.
Colour drift
RGB artwork sent to a CMYK press without a proof. We require a physical proof on the actual substrate.
Carton too weak
Recycled board for a 20 kg product. Drop and compression tested before the run.
Label text wrong
Missing importer address or warning text. Checked against the destination market’s rules.

Can you design the packaging?
We engineer structure and dielines. For brand design and illustration we work with your designer, or recommend one, and we pre-flight whatever they produce.
What if the first print run is wrong?
That is exactly what the pre-flight and the physical proof are for. Once a proof is signed, the factory is responsible for matching it — and we inspect against it.
Do you handle Amazon-specific requirements?
Yes: FNSKU labels, poly bag suffocation warnings, bundle labels, carton weight and size limits, and the pallet specification for your fulfilment centre.
