Inspect before you pay the balance
Pre-production, during-production and pre-shipment inspection to AQL 2.5, plus 100% function testing when the product demands it. Defects are found while the goods are still in China — the only moment when fixing them is still cheap.

Inspection is a payment control, not a formality
The most expensive mistake in importing is paying the balance for goods nobody has opened. Our inspection happens while the goods are still in the factory, which is the only moment when a defect can still be fixed instead of claimed.
Every report classifies defects as critical, major or minor, with photos and carton numbers, so your next conversation with the factory is about evidence rather than opinion.
- AQL 2.5 to ISO 2859-1 as standard; AQL 1.5 or 0.65 for regulated categories
- Critical defects always fail the lot, regardless of AQL
- Function test protocols written for your product, not copied from a template
- Rework supervised and re-inspected before the balance is released

INSPECTION POINTS
Four checkpoints, four different questions
Each checkpoint exists to catch a different class of problem. Skipping the early ones is how you end up arguing about a finished container.
01
Pre-production
Before materials are cut or moulded
Materials, components, artwork, first-off samples and the packing spec are checked against the approved golden sample.
02
During production
At 20–40% completion
Early defects caught while the line is still running. Cheapest possible moment to fix a process.
03
Pre-shipment
When 100% is packed, before balance payment
AQL 2.5 (ISO 2859-1) sampling, plus 100% function testing for electrical, sealed or safety-critical goods.
04
Loading supervision
At container loading
Carton count, marks, pallet pattern, container condition and photographic evidence of the sealed container.
WHAT IS INCLUDED
When inspection is not enough
Some categories need testing and sorting that a visual inspection cannot provide.
Lab testing
CE, FCC, FDA, LFGB, CPSIA, REACH, EN 71 and food-contact testing through accredited laboratories, with the report interpreted for your market.
100% sorting
Full manual or machine inspection of every unit, with defective units removed and reworked before packing. Quoted per unit or per hour.
Retail packaging checks
Barcodes scan-tested, labels verified, carton drop and compression checks for e-commerce and retail distribution.
WHAT A REPORT LOOKS LIKE
Numbers, photos, carton IDs, decision
No adjectives without evidence. If a report says a finish is poor, there is a photograph and a carton number next to it.

QUESTIONS
Common questions, answered plainly
If your question is not here, ask us directly — a sourcing specialist, not a chatbot, will reply within one business day.
What does an inspection cost?
Inspection to AQL 2.5 is included free of charge on orders we manage. For third-party orders it is quoted per man-day, typically USD 250–350 plus travel, depending on location and product complexity.
Who pays if the goods fail?
The factory reworks or replaces at its own cost. Because we withhold the balance until inspection passes, the factory has a direct financial reason to fix the problem.
Can you inspect in my factory’s province?
We cover Guangdong, Zhejiang, Fujian, Jiangsu, Shandong, Hebei and Shanghai directly. Elsewhere we schedule an inspector and add travel at cost.
Do you inspect against my own checklist?
Yes. Send your checklist or spec sheet and we will build it into the report, alongside our standard AQL sampling.
