Alibaba is a directory: it lists suppliers but does not verify them for your order. A trading company buys and resells, so its margin is hidden in your price. We are paid a declared fee by the buyer, and we work for you on the factory’s floor.

The factory. Because the balance is released only after inspection passes, the factory has a direct interest in fixing defects before shipment.

Yes, for CE, FCC, FDA, LFGB, CPSIA, REACH and EN 71 testing. Reports are issued in your name and we interpret the result for your market.

Every inspection report includes annotated photos. On managed orders you also get weekly photo and video updates during production.

Sourcing and quotes are free. Managed orders carry a 5% service fee on the goods value, declared in writing. Inspection for third-party orders is USD 280 per man-day plus travel.

You pay the factory directly, usually 30% deposit and 70% before shipment, or through our managed payment. We verify bank details by phone before any transfer.

We verify the factory’s legal entity and bank account, keep the payment in a documented thread, and withhold the balance until inspection passes. We never ask for payment to a personal account.

No. That is the core of the model: our fee comes from you, so our recommendation is not for sale.

DDP, DAP, CIF, FOB and EXW. DDP is the most common because it gives you one landed price.

Sea freight is 25–40 days door to door; air is 5–10 days; express is 3–6 days. We quote transit against your deadline, not in isolation.

We can verify what is claimed, arrange accredited testing and check labelling against the destination market. Legal responsibility for compliance remains with the importer of record, and we will tell you exactly which obligations are yours.

It is the most common fear and a real risk. We verify the legal entity, the bank account and the factory floor before money moves — and we walk away from orders where the evidence does not hold.

We sign NDAs, keep your drawings out of shared channels, and require factories to confirm in writing that they will not produce your design for others.
